Delivery Information.
Once your order is placed, one of our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date of your product. Your delivery fee includes the cost of your STANDARD INSTALLATION (excluding cookers) and removal of your old appliance (excluding refrigeration) Please note: If you are out of our delivery zones you will get an error message at the checkout and you will not be able to proceed to the payment.
In the event that your chosen delivery date is unavailable, we will offer you the next available date for delivery.
If you have paid for a time slot, this will be added to the alternative delivery day
All delivery requests (I.E Upstairs delivery etc) will also be transferred.
When all day delivery is selected, the delivery driver will contact you in advance on the day of your delivery to let you know we are on the way to you. In the event that you are not available or we do not get an answer on the phone, we will rearrange your delivery to the next available delivery day.
We ask customers not to call on the day of your delivery to ask what time your delivery will be there, This is because the driver sets their route and we do not know how long each job will take and we cannot account for traffic. Just know that you will be contacted in good time on the day.
