When all day delivery is selected, the delivery driver will contact you in advance on the day of your delivery to let you know we are on the way to you. In the event that you are not available or we do not get an answer on the phone, we will rearrange your delivery to the next available delivery day. We ask customers not to call on the day of your delivery to ask what time your delivery will be there, This is because the driver sets their route and we do not know how long each job will take and we cannot account for traffic.
