Delivery Upstairs?
Any appliance being delivered above ground floor will incur an additional delivery fee of £15. If this is not added to your checkout by selecting “yes” when prompted, the appliance will only be delivered to a ground floor location.
Installation?
Any appliance (excluding Cookers) being delivered by us includes free installation. This only covers standard installation where the fittings and plumbing is already available to use and there are no extensions required for any pipes. This does not cover any drilling or relocating of cupboards or any part of the kitchen.
Out of our delivery zones?
If you are currently out of our delivery zones, don’t worry. You have the option of a click and collect service for the appliance you want. If this is a service you want just select the click and collect option at the checkout and a team member will call you to confirm your order and collection date. We will have your appliance ready for you when you arrive.
